      Virtual Tours

We have two videos for you. The Quick Peek Video zips through the house and presents the stunning white water view, and then we have a longer video that shows each room and the trail down to the surf beach.

Below the diagram is a list of other videos that we've been asked to make. If you would like a peek at something in particular, let us know and we'll do a video of it for you.

Video Viewing Tips

Most real estate videos show only the best parts of a house. We decided to show you every part of every room. This isn't because we're trying to discourage visits. We'd love to show you around, but we realize some of you are too far away to make that practical.

Our videos require the Quicktime video player, which has been a standard for many years to play mp4 file types. You can download Quicktime for free from Apple here, and it does work on Windows.

When you mouse over the above floor plan diagram, the mouseover before you click shows the video file size in MB. The bigger the MB value, the longer it takes to download.

If you drag your mouse to the bottom of the video, your control buttons appear. That's how you can go back or forward on the timeline, or just play it again.

After watching each video, simply close the display (top-right X) to return to the web page where you can click other rooms to tour. Your browser's "Back" button won't work.

Fitting floor to ceiling into a frame with small rooms is a challenge because we can't step back. For those, we used a fish-eye lens. That makes the sides seem a bit curved, but you do then get to see the whole room.
